Carole Myers, Managing Director of Conception Marketing has graduated from the LEAD Programme at Lancaster University with an Award for Business Growth.
Carole has completed the Lancaster University programme with great success and has been presented with an Award for Business Growth showing just how beneficial the programme was.
The LEAD Programme at Lancaster University is a ten month programme which has been specifically designed for owner-managers of small to medium sized businesses. The programme concentrates on two areas of the business: the business itself and the personal development of the owner-manager, providing a framework to increase profitability, diversify and grow the business.
Carole has found the programme exceptionally rewarding and the staff at Conception Marketing and Carole have noticed a difference in the development of the company.
